What is Kidalu
Kidalu is a Polish studio of two dads and developers building educational apps for children aged 4–8. We teach through play and collect no data about children.
Who we are
Kidalu is made by Sebastian Rosiński and Dawid Adamczyk. It started with a question: how to help our own kids learn to read and write without a screen full of ads. The answer became apps we would want to install ourselves: simple, warm and safe.
What we make
We build Android apps that lead a child into the world of letters, syllables and numbers step by step. Reading by Syllables teaches joining syllables into words, and Letters and Numbers practises writing with a finger on the screen. Both apps are on Google Play under the publisher name Kidalu.
Why you can trust us
Kidalu apps contain no ads, build no behavioural profiles and do not track children outside the app. They comply with COPPA, GDPR art. 8 and the Google Play Families policies. We publish every document on this site and answer every question about data.
Our principles
- No ads and no promotional content aimed at children
- No profiling and no linking of data between apps
- Learning at the child's pace, with no pressure and no leaderboards
- Clear documents and quick answers to parents' questions
